Soho Square in West Los Angeles offers modern condominium comforts with natural materials and water fittings from GROHE

The predominant white building encloses three light-filled courtyards designed with plants and rock arrangements in a minimalist and urbane style. The designers from local architectural practice Warren Techentin Architects cooperated with British architect Peter Wilson in selecting features that are organic or of recycled material and in using environmentally compatible technologies.

Their purist lines will appeal to architecture lovers and amateur chefs as well as to anybody who believes that contemporary design should make a contribution to conserving energy and natural resources.
