Above-average willingness to learn, commitment, initiative and team spirit characterize all our apprentices and trainees.
Mobility is indispensable for our company, given that our trainees and apprentices will complete part of their training at other locations and need to be prepared for a job in a company with an international focus.
The locations at which the traineeship/apprenticeship is completed depends on the prevailing requirements. Remuneration is in line with the collective wage agreement for the region in which the company offering the training is located. Under the collective wage agreement, trainees and apprenticeships have the possibility to stay with the company for another year after completion of their traineeship/apprenticeship.
High demands will be made on tomorrow’s functional and executive staff. To assist our trainees and apprentices in meeting these demands, we offer a number of functional and personal development seminars:
- Introduction to training in Hemer and Lahr
- Introduction to the new job in Hemer and Lahr
- Sales training "Azubi on tour"
- Cross-site exchange
